M-i-r-a is a young studio based in Barcelona, composed by an international team of architects. Coming from big offices, we joined forces to create our own practice.

In our projects we look at the development of our practice from three points of view, contemporary space, technology and historic sensibility.

We incorporate technology as a key point in our work with geometries, materials, complexity and languages. Technology as the integration of scientific developments in architectural environments.
We use and reinterpret traditional techniques and materials to build a connection with the history of local expertise.
